1. Operator
TABtouch is operated by Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA). RWWA's gambling operations are governed by its Responsible Gambling Code of Practice and, for South Australian residents, by the South Australian Responsible Gambling Code of Practice. Gamble responsibly. 18+ only. © RWWA.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally able to gamble and located in a jurisdiction where the relevant service is permitted. You are responsible for complying with local law and providing accurate account information.
3. Account security
Keep your credentials confidential and tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may request information necessary to verify identity, age, location or source of funds.
4. Fair use
You must not manipulate markets, misuse promotions, automate access without permission, or use TABtouch for unlawful activity. Markets or games may be suspended, corrected or settled under the applicable rules.
5. Deposits and withdrawals
Payments must use supported methods in the verified account holder’s name. Verification and responsible gambling checks may be required before withdrawals are processed.
